Our 6 housekeeping cottages are Located on Bull Shoals Lake  in the Promise Land Area. Cottages range in size from a single room style to 2 bedroom deluxe. All of our accommodations feature kitchens with full size appliances, 25" color Satellite TV, DVD players, Full Bath (tub & shower) heat & AC, Wireless internet, porches or decks with chairs, and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking.

We have a private boat dock for your convenience, where you can dock a boat at no charge while you stay with us. For guests without boats we will furnish an Aluminum row boat at no charge. For more exploring; rental motors are available, along with a Tracker Bass Boat, 20' Pontoon boat, or a 22' deck boat. All are available with daily or weekly rates.

For your convenience we sell fishing licenses, bait & tackle, ice, soft drinks, and souvenir shirts & caps. If you require a lake or river guided fishing trip or want to do some canoeing, we can make those arrangements for you.
