Glad to know Bill Jennings as a friend for the past 18 years or so.  Deb Peterson wrote this article appearing in Mountain Home's newspaper - The Baxter Bulletin.   I hope that everyone involved in promoting travel to north central Arkansas now, can get a glimpse of what it was like then.
