Facilities include restrooms, hot showers, trout dock/marina, boat ramp, hiking trails, picnic sites. There are 85 RV/tent campsites with water and electric, 20 without hookups and many scenic rustic campsites. Buffalo National River Buffalo National River campground area is maintained by the National Park Service and includes 14 different campgrounds, all adjacent to the Buffalo River except Lost Valley. Walnut, Suite 136, Harrison, AR 72602-1173. Also.. The U.S. Corps of Engineers maintains campsites around the Twin Ozark Mountain Region lakes, Bull Shoals Lake and Lake Norfork. Information and reservations for these campgrounds can be obtained through the Corps of Engineers.
