Azalea Falls Lodge 

Staying at Azalea Falls Lodge is "like staying in a wonderful treehouse" that "overlooks an enchanted hollow".  Two beautiful, but seasonal, waterfalls have carved out this hollow over the ages, leaving a pristine and primordial area filled with rock houses, wild azaleas, sheer cliffs and abundant wildlife.    

Situated on top of the hollow, across from an 85 foot waterfall, Azalea Falls Lodge is a 3000sf vacation home in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright.  Built of rock, glass and redwood, the home was designed to be a private residence and is rented in its entirety.  It is surrounded by 3000sf of decks and patios and offers 136 acres of woodland trails, creeks and surprise patios.

Inside, there is luxury uncommon in the Buffalo River area.  Every modern convenience is combined with generations of artwork, antiques and collectibles.  Comfort and room to breathe are assured by 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 queen sleeper sofas, Jacuzzi tub, fully appointed kitchen and 2 rock fireplaces.  These amenities are only enhanced by satellite TV, VCR with movies, DVD player, stereo system and telephone/internet hookup.  The deck offers plenty of outdoor seating and a propane grill, all overlooking the waterfall.  A one mile hiking loop, fire pit and catch and release fishing pond are also available on the property.  The lodge can accomodate up to 12 people comfortably.   

Azalea Falls Cabin 

Take a stroll along the hiking trail and you will come upon Azalea Falls Cabin, a 1700sf chalet styled log home.  Like the lodge, the cabin is filled with artwork and antiques and also offers all the modern conveniences found in the lodge.  There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a living room with a rock fireplace, a separate dining room and a fully furnished kitchen.  The loft area contains the master suite, complete with 2 sitting areas, a balcony and a bath with a large Jacuzzi tub.  With 3 bedrooms and 3 queen sleeper sofas, the cabin can accomodate up to 12 people.  Ramps leading into the cabin also allow wheelchair accessibility.

With 1000sf of deck space overlooking the hollow, a propane grill, plenty of outdoor seating, and a firepit, there is plenty of room to enjoy the great outdoors.  And, guests of the cabin are invited to take the hiking trail which meanders throught the hollow, past wild azaleas, umbrella magnolias and rock houses, to the waterfall.

Naturally blended into the beautiful Ozark Mountains, Azalea Falls Lodge and Cabin are very private, naturals for small weddings, honeymoons, romantic getaways, family reunions, business or church retreats.  Both the lodge and cabin are secluded, separated by a short walk or drive and the two vacation homes may be rented separately or together for larger groups.

Rates

Lodge - $200 plus tax per night for 2 people, $20 per each additional person.

Cabin -  $160 plus tax per night for 2 people, $20 per each additional person.

Extended Stay Special - Stay 7 nights, get the 7th night free.

Off-Season Rates - 10% Discount - Janaury 3 - February 28

Lodge - $180 plus tax per night for 2 people.

Cabin - $145 plus tax per night for 2 people.
